The scope, deliverables, and fees for your specific engagement will be described in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins.

No guarantee of specific results

We apply best practices and considerable effort to help your business attract more leads and customers. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of calls, leads, rankings, or revenue increases. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and business operations.

Client responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to provide accurate information about your business, respond to our communications in a timely manner, and grant us the necessary access to accounts and platforms we need to work on your behalf.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your Google Business Profile, website domain, customer data, and any accounts created on your behalf. We do not take ownership of your assets. Upon termination of services, we will transfer access as requested.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. Fees are due as specified. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if invoices remain unpaid beyond the stated grace period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insiteful Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
